Amazing place for me and my partner to stay. We booked last minute to do some shopping. Gurmukh was very responsive and offered clear instructions upon booking. Easy and flexible check in made it seamless to turn up when we liked after work. The place its self is a gem. Looks amazing, comfortable. Best place we've stayed in birmingham. Would definitely book again! If the other rooms at hylton house are the same as this be in for a treat. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

A great place! I stayed for one night and it is a fabulous place. Stylish, well appointed and a real treat. Communication was 10/10 and this merits 5* reviews. loved the apartment, very spacious and very clean. there's a couple of things I'd say missing to make it perfect. firstly it was a bit on the expensive side and also there is no door on the bathroom leading into the bedroom. the apartment is nice however the sound proofing to the apartment above is pretty much none existent. there were people having a party on the first night of my stay, not ideal as I was there for work. the owner did apologise and offer a partial refund for the experience. there was also an issue with no hot water or heating at one point. again the owner communicated very quickly to show me how to fix it.

Such a beautiful apartment that matches the description and photos perfectly. Extremely clean and welcoming. I loved the location which is less than 5 minutes from the train station. Gurmukh was a lovely host, proactive with information and very responsive. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

What a beautiful place to stay. We stayed for 2 nights and loved the whole feel of the apartment. Everything is to hand, the TV had accounts already signed in so no messing around. Under floor heating was fabulous amd we loved the bathroom decor. The bed was super comfy too. We really recommend this place. Also easy walk into the centre of Birmingham. Loved it, thank you.

Gurmukh's place was sensational, from the interior design to the warm-welcoming feel of the apartment. The cleanliness of the place was outstanding & it's genuinely one of the best places I've ever stayed in.

Honestly wonderful place, furnished beautifully, bathroom is amazing. Bed is also really comfy. Will likely be back
